Llevar a horno precalentado a 180ºC. por unos 50 minutos, hasta que al pinchar con un palito salga seco. - Dejar enfriar un poco en el molde y luego desmoldar con cuidado sobre una rejilla.
Degustar una vez esté bien frío espolvoreado con un poco de azúcar impalpable.
