  2. 5 grs levadura seca (1 cdita)
  3. 300 cc agua tibia
  4. 1 cda sal fina

  1. Disolver la levadura en agua tibia.
    Aparte en la mesada formar una corona con harina y en los bordes agregar la sal.
  2. En el medio de la corona añadir el agua con la levadura ya disuelta e ir incorporando harina de los costados hasta formar un bollo. Amasar por 10 min hasta obtener una masa lista y luego dejar leudar por 15/20 minutos.
  3. Luego formar un rectángulo y cortar en 4 partes. Para hacer Mignon son 30 gr de masa, para el Felipe son 90 gr, el flauta son 100 gr y para baguette son 250 gr de masa.
  4. Se dobla el rectángulo de masa y se comienza a enrollar. Haciendo presión con la palma de las manos a medida que se va enrollando el cierre queda mirando hacia abajo. Se le da la forma así a cada uno de los pancitos.
  5. Se espolvorea con harina, se hacen los cortes y se lo deja leudar en la placa enmantecada tapados hasta que duplique su tamaño. Para el baguette luego de enrollar se lo estira más tipo serpiente para que quede más largo y se marca las puntas.
  6. Cocinar en el horno a 200 / 220 hasta que dore y a disfrutar!
